Implementing recently viewed links in UI

I am working on a project and I am handling the UI part of the application. In the application there are lots of weblinks. I have a requirement in which I have to present a drop down. On clicking the drop down I have to show the last 5 links which were recently accessed in the session.

Please let me know how to achieve this requirement in a best possible way.

Thanks in advance!!!
