rmic in RMI Prior to the J2SE 5.0 release

HI All,

J2SE 5.0 release adds support for the dynamic generation of stub classes at runtime

Please Clarrify the above line, without rmic stubs are generated automatically. if it possible how can i achieve it? I mean what are the requirement i have to added?
