Using custom tags, open link in new window

We are using custom tags and i need to open the link in new window instead of redirecting the page.
I appreciate if anyone help me on this as am stuck.

Just as in your other post... if you have a question about a particular custom tag, you need to read its documentation. Or ask its author.

Or you could post your question here, if you also posted enough information about the custom tag.
