ActionListener in GUI

I want to open a new Dialog that ive implemented jet, but the mainframe doesnt accept the term "rootPaneCheckingEnabled" and the simulation i want to generate doesnt work.
Whats wrong and if sth is wrong what can i do to correkt it?
