Hello All,
I am new to Web services.I want to Web services in my application where in as of now I am retrieving data from DB through
EJB
.
Now I want to involve webservices between EJB and DB.Please give any relevant data or links to write webservices.

It's quite similar.
Your EJB invokes the web service client, marshalls, demarshalls etc. and presents the model to the view.
As for examples, try apache cxf website, or search yourself.
