Hi all !
I want to display an editable excel sheet on jsp page. Means, I've an excel sheet, I'm uploding it using struts 1.3 and validating it as per the business requirement. If there are mistakes in the sheet, I've to display it on browser in editable format, so that user can edit it & resubmit it.........

You can do an editable table with something like the jQuery plugin called DataTables found here. But that doesn't support excel-type formulas. If you want an embedded spreadsheet with all the functionality of Excel then that's an entirely different problem.

And at any rate this is a question about HTML, not JSP. (The JSP is just going to generate the HTML code for the browser including Javascript code referring to jQuery plugins or whatever solution works.) So let's move it to the HTML forum.

Thank you all for your response.....

I want the exact excel sheet that has been uploaded, to be displayed on the browser in editable format.
Is there any third party tool available for it........

I don't know if it will meet your requirements, but look at Apache POI. I've only used it once, for exporting tables to excel, so I'm no expert on it, but it may be what you're looking for.
