OCPJP 6 or 7 ?

I've been programming in Java for a few years now.
Soon I am planning to take a OCP exam, to improve the value of my CV.
My question is - should I go for OCP 6, which requires just one exam, or is it better to do a OCA7 and wait for OCP7 to be relased?

What is your opinion?

IMHO, the best thing would be to go for the latest available exam - i.e. OCPJP 7.

Now, as you've said, its still in beta phase. So, what you can do is - give OCAJP 7 and wait for final version of OCPJP 7 comes out (chances are that it'll be out soon now).

Or, other option is - clear OCPJP 6 and then give OCPJP 7 upgrade exam. This upgrade exam is not beta (but final version).

However, again, if you ask me, I would go with first path - OCAJP 7 + OCPJP 7.
