Facelet example not working in Eclipse

Sorry about the re post.I got a message saying the servers were down so I posted again.

I'm trying to get an example Facelet project to work in in Eclipse using a Tomcat 7 server.

I keep getting a dialogue from the browser asking if I want to download login.xhtml .

jsf-api.jar are currently in WEB-INF/lib .
I've tried moving them to different places(eclipse build path,tomcat lib directory) but to no effect.

The configuration files are below.

Locked, since you resolved this in the original post:

An IDE is no substitute for an Intelligent Developer.
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
