Hi all,

Can somebody tell me elaborately how struts makes itself thread safe?

Is the action class singleton? If not then the instance variables of the action class will not be thread safe.Is it so?

If action classes are singleton then how it handles multiple request making it thread safe manner?

I am confused. Please help.

Thanks in advance,

Kousik

It doesn't. Keeping actions thread-safe is dependent on the programmer. Have a look at the Action Class Design Guidelines
