Just a little thought that I had - Whenever the Moose image changes for a particular occasion, why dont we create a corresponding topic about the occasion, in a forum(maybe Meaningless Drivel)? If its possible, the image can be made as a hyperlink to the topic. This would save time from googling and keep the users here at the Ranch.
Thanks,
Praveen.

As an option, you can also create a topic in MD to discuss it .... for example, there is one going on right now regarding world snake day.

And BTW, it looks like August is pretty light for holiday moose, so feel free to recommend some possibile holidays too....
For example.... "National Cherry Turnover Day" looks interesting, although it isn't pie...

the people who lived there before the english or spanish or dutch moved in and killed most of them, and were pretty damn mean to the ones who managed to survive.

Perhaps the chances would be higher if you could provide a Yorkshire-themed image of Moose?

Since mooses don’t each Yorkshire pud, we would have to start with white roses. A flat cap. The fly would have to go, since no real Yorkshireman would let anything go to waste to feed a fly. Unless, possibly, black and white stripy sweets

I'm not sure it matters in the debate, but I'm strongly left handed. I'm all in for the international left handers day (I didn't even know it existed)!
...
Wouldn't the Moose with an additional left hand look a bit creepy?

Maybe we could make it so that when you clicked on the Yorkshire Moose, it played "On Ilkley Moor Baht At".

You mean, “While Shepherds Washed their Socks by Night” which is what that tune was written for.
