How can I refresh screen with DWR using Struts 2

I have a application where I have two s ptiontransferselect and they are dependents.
When I change the first,call a ajax function where I'd like to load the second.
But, this is not happening and I don't know why.

My action code.
How you can see I test two call.
the first I try to refresh the second optiontransferselect using addoptions.
And the other I try call a simple javascript function that call a alert message.
But no one works.
