can i start learning struts and servlets directly after learning java, or do i have to learn something else too??

Many people find it easier following the below mentioned pattern

1. Core Java
2. Servlets
3. Jsp
4. JSTL
5. Struts
6. Hibernate\ibatis
7. Spring

This covers all famous frameworks which are necessary for j2ee developer
