Maven EAR Explode rather than package

Hi,

I use the Maven plug-in "maven-ear-plugin" to create an EAR that consists of a WAR and a JAR,

I can unpack the WAR and JAR using:
<unpackTypes>war,jar</unpackTypes>
<modules>
<webModule>
...
<unpack>true</unpack>
...
</webModule>
<ejbModule>
...
<unpack>true</unpack>
...
</ejbModule>
</modules>
But how can i set the plug-in to explode the EAR, to a directory, rather than package the EAR to .ear file?

Thanks in Advance,

Niall

Doesn't the plugin already create an exploded folder containing your ear content in the target folder?
