arrow keys in cells

Hi out there,
is there an attribute that controls the arrow keys between fields? I have several TD fields/cells in a spreadsheet form on a jsp page and I want the user to be able to use the arrow key between them. I currently have the tab working but not he arrow key. It works on another screen and cannot see why. Scratching my head here. thanks

this is a typical cell/entry field I have now

I have about 10 of these types of fields on a spreadsheet form with about 20 rows of them.
