Making list in android

Hi,
I'm new to android and facing a lot of problem in project. Please help me out by guiding me how can i make this application?
Create an Android Application which Show Listing of Patient
Each List Item should contain patient's name, birthdate, contact number.(you can apply property like background color,styles etc. )
User should be able to dial a call on tap on phone number.
On Patient selection open other screen where show static info like patient photo, patient address,Birthdate,Name.
