For some really ugly HTML, open the doc/docx file with Word and save as HTML.

There are a million other solutions for someone willing to do an internet search...

There is no way to do those file conversions, since HTML does not have nearly as many features as MS Word and PDF do. Not to mention that those two formats are page-oriented whereas HTML is not.

However (as Peter Johnson suggests) if you are willing to relax your standards, there are ways to do a bad conversion.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
