how to include meebo chat in ruby application

i have tried to merge meebo chat in ruby application.i have successfully merge too.But i dono how to pass the parameter like API key and partner_id..
They given example in PHP.
Actually when i tried that example
one link to download plugin has came.when click that it says no plugin was found.
Actually i tried to implement in ruby.
i try the API key in meebo it says invalid API key.is anybody of you ever before.
please give me sugession to resolve this
