[SOLVED] JForum installation issue with MySQL 5.5

Not sure if it was mentioned here already, but I got a database syntax issue when trying to install JForum on MySQL 5.5.

The problem was with the file mysql_db_struct.sql, which contains TYPE=InnoDB instead of ENGINE=InnoDB in the table creation scripts.
By replacing each occurrence of "TYPE=InnoDB" with "ENGINE=InnoDB", it solved my problem.

I'm just posting this in case someone else encounters this issue.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
