I am totally new at game development....and I don't know from where to start..So, Is there any site or book where I can see how to write game codes?

Game code is no different from other code.

I recommend you start out with simple projects, like a game of checkers, and then you can try adding a graphical user interface and network capabilities to it later.

This tutorial was recommended by someone I trust on another site. I haven't worked through it myself but read the intro, and I think it looks promising. If it appeals to you and is appropriate for your current programming skill level, please try it out, and let us know what you think.
