Well, it depends on what do you mean by Advanced Java. Do you mean to say JEE? In that case, you should be going for Servlet/JSP or EJB certification.

OCMJD (formerly known as SCJD) is one step ahead of OCPJP (formerly known as SCJP). It means that, from topic perspective, almost all of the things are same (except addition of GUI, concurrency and networking). However, the way OCPJP is given is much different than conventional certification. So, if you are interested in going deep into the things you've learned during OCPJP, then OCMJD is the naturally next step.

However, if you want to explore other specific areas like XML parsing, networking in Java, then, at least to my knowledge, there's no certification for it (at least not from Oracle).

I hope this helps.

It really depends on what area or platform you want to pursue. SE (core Java) then OCMJD (formerly SCJD) is the next certification. EE (enterprise Java) then probably servlet/JSP (SCWCD) or EJB (SCBCD) or web services (SCDJWS) are options. Lastly ME (mobile Java) can opt to do SCMAD.
