Correct way to pass cursor record to procedure

Using Oracle 10g, I have the following defined:



But I get Error 00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_APPLICANT' when I call the procedure as defined below:



Can someone point me in the right direction for passing a cursor record to a procedure?

Do you have any BLOBs or CLOBs in you table, sometime that will mess thing up.
I did try a test and it worked for me.

Interesting, just standard columns, no BLOB or CLOB, but it definitely does not like it. Thanks, I will keep testing.
