Hi Ranchers,
I am implementing display tag in struts 2.0. Please tell me how should i proceed for that. I mean what changes in web.xml, jars required, which tld should i include on jsp, and syntax for the tag.

Also please tell me what is the implementation difference for display tag in struts 1.x and struts 2.x

Regards, Vijay Jamadade.

Hi Vijay,
Nice to hear that you do struts 2.x, I too started to migrate from struts 1.x to struts 2.x, but i can not make any progress; especially in struts 1.x we would be setting some values in session or request and set it in our action class and retrieve it from resulting jsp page; But in struts 2.x, servlet is not supported, so i need your help in this, it would be helpful if you provide me any sample application, using the above requirement.

Looking forward for your reply.

hey search on google for struts 2.0 crud application.
add following jars to your lib folder. Take tomcat latest version from the apache site. you can also download example applications from the struts site they have provided all implementations in that.

Please ranchers,

give some guidelines for my question above. As struts 2.0 help available on the internet is too less.
