The free hosting is http://x10hosting.com/

I remove the cache of my browser. But I keep receiving the same old content.

What can I do?

Verify that you are actually changing the sources. Make sure that you are really dumping the cache. Try it in a different browser to see if it changes there.

Are these things you have already done?

I get that from my old website provider (the one I hardly use any more) -- I have to wait until the next day until my new and updated pages are visible to the world.

In my case I'm getting what I paid for -- I got a small amount of web space available for "free" as a "benefit" for paying for cable service.

You are asking the wrong person, then. You should ask the people at your hosting site why it works that way.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
