why i cannot find sample code that works?

I want to learn Hibernate and i have try this examples

BUT NOT WORKING

Why is it so hard to find sample code that works?

Please read ItDoesntWorkIsUseless . Pick one example that 'doesn't work' and provide us with a link to it. Describe a specific problem that you encounter when you try to run it as well a full stack trace for any exceptions you get.
