Regarding OCJP Test Dates

I heard that if you pay fees online via credit card then you can schedule your test to any date unlike voucher where test date is mentioned.
I talked to the one of the Pearson VUE center in Chandigarh(Punjab-India) and they said that if slots are empty then they can book my test(I''ll pay them cash and they are gonna book it for me since I don't have credit card) to any date.But the confusion I called Oracle University in India and they said that they can book it on predefined mentioned dates.
So Can I book it on any date or Is there is predefined dates.Say I am ready today then Can I book it for tomorrow or day after tomorrow(if I pay online).

Exam is organized through Pearson not Oracle , so you should follow whatever that Pearson person says.
