Sure you can. Once you get the logo, you are free to use it - as far as you comply to Oracle's certification logo guidelines.
You can get the logo in your Oracle CertView profile - its a downloadable file (mostly in jpeg format). Please note that it may take 3-4 days to get your logo. If you don't get it within a week, you can contact to Oracle's certification department.
