Ant cant find the build file that does exist

Ok when I do the command

android.py build SR release install.

It will start building the game like its supposed to, but than it goes...

"I'm using ant to build the package

buildfile: build.xml does not exist!
build failed!"

I have looked online and no sources have helped me so far.
I did this in CMD or command prompt.
I looked around and in a folder called "buildlib" there is indeed a build.xml file.
If you need anymore info I will gladly put some.

Which game? Also, is it a game for Android? If so, I'll move your post to the Android forum, you might get more specific help there.
