I believe the relationship between A and B and A and C is both one to many.

Both refers zero to many relationship. The multiplicity 0..* or * refer zero or more instances.

Thanks. if the relationship is not given in the diagram ,do we need to take it as 1 as mandatory? or 0..* ?

Generally, if a black diamond is used to show the relationship, it is considered one-to-many. If not, it is one-to-one.

I am doing my SCEA part 2 exam. I have few question regarding the assignment deliverable

1. Can i include risk and mitigation which is already address in my design?
2. I didnt show the JSP's in the class diagram , will it be issue?
3. I have called the Different DAO's from single Manager , is this a design flaw?

Please clarify.

Adv thanks

Yes, sure. You define the risk and in the mitigation points, you can explain how you have solved it. You can even refer to the diagram where this is shown.

2. You don't need to show the JSP's in the class diagram , they are optional
3. Calling Different DAO's from single Manager is fine, but again it depends on the design solution

Thanks hari. One more question

how can i show the integrated application in the class diagram. Actually i have one application which is already developed, its shared as API, i need to integrate that application in to my application. Please let me know, whether i need to show the inegrated API in class diagram or not . .. if yes, How can i show the integrated API's in my class diagram ?? i means which UML component i need to use.
