I am currently work for Accenture Technology Solution as a System Analyst for almost 3 months. This week, I got an offer from IBM as a System Engineer. I have to decide by this week whether going for IBM or not. I am so concern about the career path at IBM.
I really need any idea on this dilemma. Could you please help me decide it?
