Wrong Include Relationship in the OCMJEA assingment

I have two use cases in the use case diagram with a include relationship, UseCase A ---------<<Includes>>-------> UseCase B, it means that UseCase A reuses the steps of the UseCase B. But the use case specification describes that the Use Case B reuses UseCase A.

I assumed that the diagram is wrong and i followed the use case description to develop the architecture.

Did anybody face this situation? It is the QuickComputer Assignment.
