Hello all,
Please anyone could tell me about pros and cons of using DAO and Proxy Pattern as SLSB.
DAO is used for authentication from LDAP system and Proxy is used for web service integration.

And if i use them as SLSB, than their place in component diagram should be in Integration tier or business tier.

If you use SLSB as DAO/Proxy then it should be in Integration tier
