Question Regarding Java Stack Trace Console

Hello I am working on a project and opened up the Java Stack Trace Console.

The following hyperlinks are un-navigatable:



When I click on the hyperlinks, it says this:

The source attachment does not contain the source for the file HttpServlet class, for instance.

You can change the source attachment by clicking change attached source below.

Is this a cause for concern?

That just means that you have not attached the source to the JARs in your build path. As to whether it is a problem, it is only if you want to see the source If you do, attach the sources. To do this you have to first get the sources and then expand your project to see the included JARs. Right click on a JAR to get the info about it and one of the options will be to attach the source.

And I would suggest that looking at the source code for (e.g.) HttpServlet is not going to be helpful to you, anyway.
