Hi folks,
I am 3 years experienced with a leading IT services company in India. I have two offers now - one from Big XYZ Ltd and a second one from a small product based company. Though small with < 100 employees, this company's product ranks among the world's best in their field.
Package from both the companies are comparable and I feel both opportunities are good. I would like to hear your suggestions to make a decision.
