Struts Validation - DatePattern MM/dd/yy

Does anyone have a problem using DatePattern MM/dd/yy to do the client-side validation in Struts 1.3? I cannot pass the validation in javascript if the DatePattern uses the two-digit year. But other patterns with 4-digit year are fine.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.
I agree. Here's the link:
