Getting parameters through SSL connection

Hi,

I need to make a SSL connection to a particular URL. But what i need in return is the parameters from that URL not the contents.
Can anyone tell me how do i getParamater through SSL connection?

Parameters are pass to a request, not returned as a response.

If you are making the request, why do you not already have the parameters?
