Hi,

How is this book be more helpful than the conventional knowledge already present and what mind set we should be in to be this book useful?

Thanks

My goal was to attempt to tackle issues that seemed to now be conversational, and not found just anywhere. That was not super difficult as there are plenty of issues that teams face that seemingly nobody else has dealt with, or that are not easily found by searching.
