package="nithya.androidprojects"
android:versionCode="1"

<activity
android:name=".Mainscreen3Activity"
android:label="@string/app_name" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

What does "android application stops working" mean? If there's an exception, post the stack trace (you can find it on the logcat output).
