How to create popup window in android with radio buttons using javascript?

Hi ,
I am trying to develop an android web application where if i click on a link ,a popup should show up with list of items and radio buttons beside them. And if i check a radio button , it should lead to a new html page .
I am trying to accomplish this using HTML and JS because i dont have much working knowledge of android.

Can anyone please guide me as to how to accomplish this?
