<action name="loc-start-create" class="createLocationAction"

The action class name is CreateLocationAction here class name starts with Capital C but in configuration its small c. is it possible ?

Hi Maganti,

Action class must match .it must be with the package like your class is in com folder then it must be come like com.createLocationAction.

It is most likely the action name is referring to a Spring bean, meaning the Spring plugin is being used.
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
