I'm getting Auth fail:JschException while connecting to a remote server via FTP protocol.

Issue Details
I have configured a batch on my system having WAS environment which gets trigerred via JScheduler once in a day. Whenever batch gets triggered observed Auth fail:JschException occurred while communicating with Tumbleweed server. This batch will connect to server and read a file data.

Strange thing is when i run the batch manually it runs without any error.

Can anyone please help me out what will be the issue here.

I'm not aware that Jsch supports FTP; do you mean SFTP (not at all the same)?

It sounds to me like you are trying to use port forwarding to an FTP server but this is pretty much doomed to fail since FTP uses separate socket connections for command and data. SFTP overcomes this by sitting on top of SSH but integrated with it. Why can't you use SFTP?

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
