hello everyone i am learning java and one of the important concept is oops in java.

can you suggest me some sites where i can get good information regarding oops concepts in java.

i referred this site http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/java/concepts/index.html

but i want information in simple way.i am not understanding 100% from this site.

i want to understand correctly.so if you can suggest me some sites that would be helpful.

The fact is that some aspects of OOP are not simple, so an "OO for dummies" tutorial is NOT likely to be
(a) accurate, or
(b) complete.

One thing that you might want to do is see if the Oracle Java tutorials are available in translation. I think they are into some languages, but you may have to download it to your desktop.

Also, a book you might want to try is Head First Java. It's quite popular here, and has an informal style. And from what I've seen, it does seem to be quite good at explaining "big words"/important terms before you have to use them.

thanks,i did refer to HeadFirst book and i understood lot from that book.

but in head first they have given example on inheritance and they told "amoeba" as shape

when i explained inheritance concept with same example sir said.how amoeba can be a shape

so he said dont refer that book.i still read that book.

so as you also suggested shall i continue reading that book or not??
