WSDL works in Soap UI but not JAX-WS( wsimport)

Used wsimport to generate client stub from wsdl and I am getting following exception when invoking method on webservice. Strange part is that WSDL works in SOAP UI and also I can't access through browser.
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
