struts2-jquery-plugin's accordian use as menu

Hi,

I am using struts2-jquery-plugin's accordian as menu in my struts2 project, when i click link in my menu then page will refresh and it will not maintain the menu as selectable and it will select the default one how can i maintain this, please help me
