Hi,

I am currently working on IBM Content Manager V8.4 past 1 year.

As I am the sole member in the IBM CM venture, I jointly work as a developer, enhancement, support and maintenance resource.

My Role:
  • Installation of IBM CM V8.4.
    [list]Designing and Planning Solutions.
  • Maintenance Support.
  • Issue solving.

  • I wish to upgrade my skill set from IBM CM to FileNet.

Please suggest me FileNet courses and certification most suitable for my level of experience assuming I have zero knowledge with respect to FileNet.

    Welcome to the Ranch, Rohina.
Let's hope someone who has experience with this certificate chimes in.
