MapKit pinannotations locations

Hello:

I'll appreciate the help with the following question:

if i got the coordinates of a PIN annotation within the map, how can i know the country where it belongs:

for example:
if in my code i have

coordinate.latitude = 23.76
coordinate.longitude = -99.38

how can i know the annotation is pointing somewhere in Mexico?
