couldn't create a mp3 player on the project device.

Hi,
Development Platform: win7 sp1
Deployment Hardware: Nokia XPressMusic 5130


player is simply null on the project device
Should I run it as Midlet, JAD, applet or application?

Did you test whether "audio/mpeg" is a supported type? Manager has a couple of methods that could be useful for checking that.

I am afraid this also prevents my application from working
