Brian,

I am reading OCA Certification guide by Manning (www.manning.com/gupta) and am liking it. It uses a lot of images and 'Twist' exercises - and I like them.
Initially I tried working with K&B book, mapping it with the OCA exam topics. But self mapping can become confusing - I had to be extra careful in mapping topics, leaving the ones that were not required.

Lewis.

Thanks Jeanne, it's just that dates for SE7 material seem to be moving the whole time. It's a bit annoying.

Lewis,

Do you have a hard copy or is it the early access edition?

The books are printed and bound.... so it's now just a matter of moving them around.

If Amazon says October 12, 2012 availability from them, I'm sure that's an accurate date, at the latest.

I might wait until October. As I said yesterday, I found your previous book very clear and easy to understand.
