I am using NetBeans 7.2 and tomcat 6.0.26 i got the following deployment error while running the web application

Connection refused: connect
C:\Users\siva\Documents\NetBeansProjects\ServletRegisterDemo\nbproject\build-impl.xml:1022: The module has not been deployed.
See the server log for details.
BUILD FAILED (total time: 55 seconds)

Please help me i dont know what to do..
