how to validate

Hi All,
i have a drop down list of property name

property="boeType"

and in that property there are 5 drop down list are there as:--

<html:option value="" >-- Select --</html:option>
								
<html:option value="CBEXI">CBE XI</html:option>								
								
<html:option value="CBEXII">CBE XII</html:option>
								
<html:option value="CBEXIII">CBE XIII</html:option>
								
<html:option value="CBEXIV">CBE XIV</html:option>

and in same jsp there is another drop down of property name as

property="queryAction" 

list is as:--

<html:option value="" key="">-- Select --</html:option>
<html:option value="1" key="1">Send only for Assessment</html:option>
<html:option value="2" key="2">Send only for Examination</html:option>
<html:option value="3" key="3">Stop OOC after following RMS Treatment Code</html:option>
<html:option value="5" key="4">Send for Assessment and Examination</html:option>
<html:option value="6" key="5">Suspend Bill of Entry</html:option>

now the requirement is on selecting CBEXI the first 2 list of property name should display and the rest will hide.

can some one write the js for this....
