Oracle XE connection problem with java, servlet

HI

i have tried it is working fine in java but i tried to connect with jsp, servlet + oracle its showing Null pointer Exception.


My Jsp code is working fine

My servlet code :

My web.xml file



My oracle DB XE:

I am accessing tomcat with: localhost/8080 and oracle 10g with:localhost:80/apex


Table name ADDUSER

FIELDS
EMAIL,PASSWORD

I wants to login by my userid and password in my db.

Iam getting Exception is :java.lang.NullPointerException please solve my issue i can't guess why iam getting error please help me.
I wants to complete this task today please help me, iam developing alone no one is not there to guide me in my office.


I have putted ojdbc14.jar in lib folder


What is the issue please help me to solve its my request.

Where is the null pointer exception being raised? Can you show us the stack trace.

and welcome the the ranch hope you like it here, but you need to know everyone here is a volunteer is doing this because they enjoy helping others. every bodies problem is important to themselves so asking us to hurry only gets us irritated.
